Embracing Art

On Feb 9, 2017 iDare Magazine Launch & Fashion Presentation shed a new light on art after a long, cold and snowy day in NYC. Guests headed midtown to a chic Loft apartment/photo studio in support of a Creator during New York Fashion Week. Editor and Founder of the Magazine, Jose Pagan, stays steady behind the lens capturing and bringing to life beauty from a different perspective. His level of expressions hone in on a new element, by that which we've been taught to perceive as "beauty" is tested with every piece he sets forth in iDare Magazine and I love it! iDare Magazine features Musician B3B3 on the Cover of the January 2017 Issue. The team is further made up of Nicole Flores as Assistant Editor, Styles Lewis as Fashion Director and AhSkahi Long as Creative Director/Marketing Specialist.

Designer Stacey Angela Williams presented her brilliantly crocheted pieces from the "STAY" Collection alongside Henrioci, a self proclaimed custom designer made for the Bold, Chic and Unbothered.

Also in attendance was Milagros Day, Founder of Turning Abuse into Success, a non-profit organization for survivors of domestic violence and childhood trauma. Milagros offers a BOOTCAMP Retreat where survivors come together in a safe and fun environment to assist them in freeing the burdens of abuse and become a part of a sisterhood. For $100, registration includes food, lodging, transportation from NYC, course tuition, materials and access to the twelve week transformation academy.
